About Shakell Property
Shakell Property was founded in 2016 by Shane and Kelly Murray, bringing over 7 years of local property management expertise to the Sunshine Coast.
Our Story
After years of running a successful cleaning and handyman business, we had an opportunity to become partners in another holiday management business. In March 2019 we became partners of Leading Holidays with Shane at the helm as principal and Kelly handling bookings, customer service and more. In December 2022 we launched our own Real Estate Agency dedicated to the holiday rental business to focus on Airbnb and short term rental management.
